Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holiday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

 

UK & Northern Ireland

There are multiple options at checkout for shipping.

Our standard and Free shipping on orders over £30 is sent using our best standard service.

Alternatively, you can select the following options;

Premium: Delivery (1-4 days) - £4.49

Standard: Delivery (2-6 days) - £2.49

Unfortunately Aroma Luxe are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required on delivery.

Next Day Delivery: We do not offer this as a service at the moment, but we do sometimes send items via 24hr Tracked Service on occasion.

We do offer shipping across Europe and the Rest of the world.

Europe*: International Standard (4-5 days) – £9.99

Rest of the World*: International Standard (See more below) - £12.99

All our products are sent in a protective packaging to ensure they are safe on their journey to you.
