What are your wax melts made of?

We use a 100% soy wax, mica powder and biodegradable glitter to add a little shimmer to your life.

 

What glitter do you use?

We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible so we use biodegradable glitter.

 

 

How to use wax melts?

We have options of snap bars, hearts, skulls and clam shells. All of our melts are compatible with electric or tea light burners, however we recommend using the tea light burners for pure scent throw.

Snap Bar: Snap off a piece or two of the bar and pop it in your burner.

Hearts: Simply add one or two hearts to your burner.

Skull: One skull will do. Place on your burner, sit back and relax.

Clam Shell: One would be fine, but two will blow your mind. We find that two will enhance the scent.

We recommend only using 1 unscented tea light beneath your burner as using more than one at a time is dangerous due to the burner overheating and as a result possibly shattering. Please only use up to a 4 hour burn time tea light candle as using longer can cause as stated above the burner to shatter. Please read the burner safety information provided with your burner and always follow the instructions for safe use.

Never leave your wax melts burning in a room unattended and keep away from children and pets. Keep away from draft areas and do not move the burner when lit.

 

How to use Scented Sizzlers?

We have a wide variety of scented sizzlers here, these are used just like your melts. Pop two tea spoons of the sizzlers on your burner and let the magic happen. The sizzlers won't melt like wax melts, they'll remain as crystal granules letting off the beautiful aroma.


When can I expect to receive my order?

We are extremely passionate about getting our products to you in the quickest time possible, that's why we aim to get your products in the post within 24 hours of ordering Monday-Friday. (Please allow 1-2 extra working days during busy periods).

There are multiple options at checkout for shipping.

Our standard and Free shipping on orders over £25 is sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail.

All our wax melts are sent in a protective packaging to ensure they are safe on their journey to you.

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly at info@aroma-luxe.co.uk as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel your order.

 

How do I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your order once you receive it you have 14 days from receipt to send your item back to us. Please ensure any items being returned are in their original packaging and unused. If there are any signs of use, we cannot accept the returned item.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed for service via Royal Mail. If for any reason the returned item gets lost in the post please contact Royal Mail for information and support.

A refund will be issued within 14 working days electronically using your original payment method.

 

Are your products CLP Compliant?

Yes. Every wax melt you purchase from Aroma Luxe will come with the correct CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) attached as per the current EU guidelines. Please store our melts in the packaging they came with so the CLP is on hand should you need to refer back to it. If you ever require help with ingredients before purchasing please contact us and we can advise.

Do you offer a Loyalty Programme?

Yes, we have a points programme where you earn as you shop.These points can be redeemed when you hit a loyalty target.

Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can return it to us.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. Return postage is covered by the customer.
