The Lava stones allow the bracelet to absorb essential oils and diffuse them throughout the day, these stylish diffuser bracelets can easily be cleaned with soap and water, simply submerge the bracelet into the water for a few seconds. You can also use a soft brush 'old toothbrush' to gently rub the stones of any residue.

We find that 7.5" is a good all rounder and can be used in stacking bracelets, see below for more information on how to find the correct size bracelet.

Measure your wrist to find the perfect fit, we recommend you add 0.5 - 1inches for comfort / loose fit. So if your wrist is 6.5" we would suggest a bracelet between 7" - 7.5"
